How to Place an order?

To place the order, tell us the item and quantity you need by email or phone call, we will quote the prices accordingly. Once the prices are confirmed, we will send you the pro-forma invoice and bank information, and estimate the delivery date, followed by production arrangement and goods shipping. Prices list is also available before you choose the items.

Do you copy or custom make products?

Yes, we can copy or custom make products, including but not limited to the stick, frog, inlay, styles etc.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Usually we do not have quantity requirement, but we offer better prices or discount for wholesale orders or big quantity orders. Final prices will be confirmed when customers send the order list.

What is your payment term?

Because most of the products are sent by door to door courier service, our payment term is full payment before production and shipment, by bank wire transfer or western union wire transfer or other both agreed method.

Can I get samples?

We are happy to send samples for your review. But because we receive many sample requests every day and some are high grade expensive products, customers need to pay for the samples. But if you do not like the samples, we can refund the money if you could send the samples back to us.

Can you put my brand on the products?

Yes, we can put your brand logo or name onto the products, either by hot stamping or imprint, either on the stick above the frog or other place you prefer. We can also make inlaid frogs as you need.
